Here is Jack in the new PJs he brought back from SD. He's not the only lucky one - I came back with a new (to me) sewing machine on loan from my mom. It is much better that mine, which is circa 1969!
We have settled on a price for the Homestead with Brian and now have to get a septic site approved. We are still visiting other people's houses to get design ideas.
