All Systems Go

The official survey was done at The Homestead last Friday, and fortunately the line is just about where we all thought it was. In fact, we have a couple more feet on the North edge than we need, which is great. Now the next step is to finalize the price - we've discussed a few figures so far, all in roughly the same range, but we haven't gotten specific. Obviously, we'll probably go back and forth on that with Brian for a bit.

We went out there yesterday and discovered even more blueberries than before. At this point it is starting to look like a small blueberry farm. Ya-hoo!
