Earth Day Extravaganza

Lately I have been busy getting ready for the Earth Day Extravaganza happening Saturday, April 18 at the Washington Studios Artist's Co-op in Duluth. More than 40 artists live, work and play at WSAC. The restored Washington school is nestled in the Duluth, MN Central Hillside neighborhood and offers monthly exhibits and events open to the public.

Twice annually, the Gallery Committee hosts an event that coincides with an exhibit in the Washington Gallery. The upcoming April event is part of the "Duluth Art for Earth Day Gallery Hop" and is expected to draw people from throughout the community. There will be artists and crafters of all varieties - including myself - filling the halls outside the gallery. This will be a fun-filled event with art, food, music and more!

The Washington Studios Artist's Co-op is located at 315 N. Lake Avenue in Duluth. The event is Saturday, April 18, 2009 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
