Jøtuling

Scott's been doing most of the finishing work on Bog Ridge himself, but sometimes it's worth the money to hire things done. See that guy up on our roof - our metal roof?
He's installing the pipe for our wood stove. In a snow storm. I'm really glad that's not something Scott wanted to do himself.
I think Scott was glad, too. Instead he's just enjoying breaking in the stove with the prescribed three fires of increasing temperature.
The stove is a Jøtul and it didn't get installed a moment too soon. Next time we have a power outage (we had one about a week ago), we won't have to worry about freezing to death.
Isn't it lovely?

Yes, so nice to have a visible flame. What color is the stove? And what is your new snail mail address?
